kodehyve SaaS digitises and streamlines property development workflows and real estate transactions end-to-end through automation, business intelligence and compliance - thereby empowering property developers and their stakeholders to more conveniently and efficiently structure, execute and analyse their project management, investor lifecycle management, risk and compliance as well as financial management and data analysis activities. 

We provide 2 main service categories:

  1. Real estate operating systems and APIs, such as flagship products kodehyve OS, kodehyve sign and kodehyve comply. In this same service segment, we provide standalone modules through kodehyve SDKs, enabling API integrations.
  2. Advisory, focusing on business intelligence and data analysis for reporting, tech consulting and digital audits.

We work closely with property developers (residential, commercial, infrastructure), construction companies, real estate funds and asset managers, family offices, real estate agencies, architecture and engineering offices, Governments, banks and insurances to drive industry transformation. 

Roles overview

As part of our development in Luxembourg, our ongoing expansion in BeNeLux and our ambition to grow across Europe, we are hiring a driven and experienced International Sales Representative to join our growth team.

As an International Sales Representative, you will use your knowledge of kodehyve products to connect with consumers and generate sales, hence driving revenue growth and expanding our market share both locally and internationally through strategic sales initiatives. 

Additionally, you will be involved in the refinement of kodehyve's international inbound and outbound sales strategy, pricing strategy and go-to-market strategies. 

You will establish and own KPIs while consistently monitoring, tracking results, and driving sales execution to meet and exceed sales goals.

Hands-on execution and close collaboration with product and marketing teams are fundamental in this role. The ideal candidate will be driven by a results approach and have a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that exceed targets. To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Additionally, you must be comfortable with collaborating with a diverse and geographically distributed team. 

The natural progression for future development in this role is to become a Sales Manager, managing larger sales teams across kodehyve’s markets. Other opportunities and paths for professional development and progression are possible.

This role will report to the CEO, and will be based in our headquarters in Luxembourg, with travelling involved. We’re looking for someone to join us in Q2 2024.

Role and Responsibilities

Strategies, Frameworks

  • Own, further develop and execute short-term and long-term business development and sales strategies to drive growth and scalability.
  • Establish and execute actionable growth frameworks (lead generation, customer acquisition, customer success, partnerships, sales pipeline management) to ensure revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

Lead Generation

  • Setup and own lead generation strategies, processes and KPIs, and coordinate with product and marketing to deliver highest results.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure smooth communication about progress and contacts through team collaboration and effective management of kodehyve’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with marketing and channel partners to implement strategic initiatives, establish lead flow expectations, uncover prospecting opportunities, and develop campaigns to exceed revenue targets.
  • Execute pre-call research and planning, cold-calling and cold-emailing as well as other lead generation activities so as to generate the targeted volume of high-quality leads.
  • Work with LGs + SDRs to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business.
  • Ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-up.

Customer Acquisition

  • Engage in product demonstration meetings and calls, workshops, digital audits, use case analyses and other customer acquisition activities so as to close the targeted volume of customers.
  • Consult, advise and support new prospects on their needs and requirements in the context of kodehyve implementations.
  • Emphasise unique features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Setup and lead sales strategies, processes and KPIs. Create and communicate on-going pipeline forecasts to various teams and leadership.

Revenue Generation

  • Partner closely with customer success, product and leadership to implement and lead programs that drive opportunities and revenue.
  • Create new business opportunities to fuel kodehyve’s growth.
  • Collaborate with the kodehyve leadership, product and marketing to build out a robust local and international sales strategy and roadmap.

Analysis and Research

  • Setup KPIs to measure success and analyse sales performance on all levels (lead generation, sales, customer success) and continuously enhance processes based on results retrieved to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to kodehyve leadership.
  • Maintain CRM records: Data quality, systematic updates and reporting.
  • Assess competitor offerings, evolutions and market orientations and define opportunities for differentiation on a product and sales level.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and new markets.
  • Stay updated on new market trends and industry changes.


Your profile

Sales, Business Development, Account Management

  • An innovative and open-minded approach to international inbound and outbound prospecting (lead generation) and customer acquisition
  • Ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade prospects to purchase products
  • 3-5+ years of business development, sales or account management experience for a technology (preferably SaaS or ERP) or real estate company
  • B2B or B2B2C experience is mandatory. Experience in selling large software contracts in the premium price segment is a strong asset
  • Experience in international sales and internationalisation
  • Proven track record (quantifiable) of delivering exceptional results in new business development (lead generation and customer acquisition)
  • The desire to build and lead an international sales team in the future
  • Strong references from previous employers are an asset. No degree required. 

Languages 

  • A minimum of 2 languages are required: Perfectly fluent (minimum C1 level) in English (non-negotiable) and perfectly fluent (minimum C1 level) in French, Flemish/Dutch and/or German. Luxembourgish, Portuguese and any other language is a strong asset. 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive messages to a diverse stakeholder audience, including customers and end-users, channel partners and leadership

Product, Tech

  • Experience in demonstrating technology solutions to potential customers and partners
  • Strong sense for UX/UI and technical knowledge are strong assets
  • Experience in PropTech/ConTech and FinTech/RegTech is a strong asset
  • Experience in the real estate industry (e.g. new property development, construction, architecture, engineering, financing) is a strong asset
